Can I bring food during visiting hours of Juvenile Hall in San Francisco?
Yes, snacks are permitted at San Francisco Juvenile Hall on Saturdays. Only sealed and pre-packaged foods are allowed. Soft drinks are allowed only if they are in plastic or cardboard containers. Soft drinks in metal or glass containers are not allowed. Snacks brought for Saturday visits must be eaten during the visit.
You cannot bring lunch meats, burritos, bread, hamburgers, homemade sandwiches, or any homemade food to San Francisco Juvenile Hall. Fruit and gum are not allowed in San Francisco Juvenile Hall.
