Can I take my bike on a Golden Gate Transit bus?
Yes, bikes are allowed on Golden Gate Transit on a first-come first serve basis. Bikes are not allowed inside Golden Gate Transit buses with bike racks, even if the rack is full, except on Routes 40/42.
