Can I vote for the same person 3 times under ranked choice voting in San Francisco?
Yes and no, the San Francisco voter pamphlet states, "Do not mark the same candidate more than once. Your vote for that candidate will count only one time." Therefore under ranked choice voting in San Francisco a voter technically can vote three times for a single candidate though it invalidates the 2nd and 3rd choice.
