Do I still have to pay a fee to renew my SF City ID card?
Yes, you are still required by the City Clerk’s office to pay the appropriate fee if you want to renew your City ID card. The fee helps to support the staff and processing cost of issuing your new card.
The fees (cash-only) are:
Child (13 yrs of age and younger) – $5
Adult (14 yrs of age and older) – $15
Senior (62 yrs of age and older) – $5
Low-Income – $5
