How can I report crimes on MUNI?
You can refer to the SFMTA website for general tips and guidelines on MUNI safety and crime. To report a witnessed crime, you can notify the MUNI driver responsible for the vehicle in which the crime took place or your can call the San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center or the Muni Crime Hotline at (415) 671-3181. Try to provide as much detail as possible about the MUNI vehicle and the suspects involved in the incident when reporting the crime.
