How do I find a health score for a restaurant in San Francisco?
To find a health score for any restaurant visit the San Francisco Department of Public Health website. The Department of Public Health maintains a database with all San Francisco restaurants' most recent health scores. The information is updated weekly.
You can search the database for a health score by the restaurant name. In addition to the score you will be able to see any violations issued to the restaurant. For more information on how restaurants are scored take a look at the San Francisco Department of Public Health website.
San Francisco restaurants are not required to post their score but they must show customers the inspection score if a customer asks. San Francisco restaurant inspection reports must be posted.
