How do I order a larger green compost bin in San Francisco?
You can order a green cart for curbside collection at the Recology website. Recology
can also provide a free 2-gallon kitchen pail. In order to start the compost collection
service, you should call your service provider.
Residential customers can order a larger bin at no additional cost. Commercial customers will be charged a fee for compost, recycle, and trash carts, though discounts are available.
Larger or extra blue carts (for recycling) are also available free of cost to residential customers. However, larger black carts (for landfill waste) require an additional monthly charge.
