You can choose to receive your San Francisco voter information pamphlet and sample ballot by email. You can use the Voter Information Pamphlet and Sample Ballot – Opt Out/Opt In Form (PDF) to request that mail delivery of your Voter Information Pamphlet and Sample Ballot is stopped. You can also use this form to resume mail delivery of your voter information and sample ballot if you previously had it stopped. To opt out of receiving the Voter Information Pamphlet and Sample ballot from the San Francisco Department of Elections, you must submit a request to the Department at least 50 days prior to an election for it to be fulfilled for all upcoming elections.
