If you suspect elder abuse or neglect in San Francisco you can make a confidential report 24 hours a day by calling either (415) 355-6700 or (800) 814-0009. The 24-hour hotlines are staffed by social workers who respond to calls and ask a series of questions to determine if an emergency response is required.
