The San Francisco Fire Department allows visits to a neighborhood San Francisco Fire Station. All visits to fire stations have to first be processed and approved through the Office of the Chief of Department. Visitors interested in group visits first need to complete the Fire Station Visit Request Form.

All group visits to San Francisco fire stations must be scheduled through the Chief’s Administrative Officer with at least 10 business days advance notice. There is a maximum of 25 children plus adults for group tours. All children must be at least 5. Groups with kids under the age 7 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult chaperone for every 5 children.

All children must have a Release of Liability Forms to presented to the Fire Station Company Officer at the visit. There is a separate Release of Liability Form for Adults and a Release of Liability Form for Children.
