How do I seal a record with the San Francisco Juvenile Probation department?
You can submit an application to seal a record with the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department in person at Juvenile Probation Department office located at:
375 Woodside Avenue
San Francisco, CA 94127
You can also submit a request via phone at (415) 753-7800.
The application must state that the individual graduated from high school, obtained a GED, passed the high school proficiency exam, or is going to night school. Individuals must also be employed. The sealing process takes about 6 months to complete.
