How much does it cost to file for a domestic partnership in San Francisco?
The San Francisco County Clerk office requires a $47.00 filing fee in order to process your domestic partnership request. You can pay with cash, a California pre-printed check, money order or debit card. The check and money order should be made out to the S.F. County Clerk.
