If you have questions about your jury summons, you should contact the San Francisco Jury Office at 415-551-3608.
You will need to know your badge number as it appears on your jury summons.
You can reach the San Francisco Jury Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, except holidays.
