What is the application process for the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) offered by the Mayor’s Office of Housing?
The first step in applying for the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) is to complete a first-time homebuyer education course through one of MOH’s five approved housing counseling agencies. The five agencies offering the first-time homebuyer education course can. Once the course has been completed, the borrower must work through a participating BMR lender to obtain an ADDI loan.
