The application process for the Reissue Mortgage Credit Certificate (RMCC) Program offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) begins with filling out the RMCC application form. The RMCC application form can be found here. A $600 application fee and a number of documents including a copy of the original MCC, Deed of Trust, and Promissory Note are also required.
