What is the Homeless Child Care Program in San Francisco?
The Homeless Child Care Program, also called ACCESS (the Accessible Child Care Expedited for the Shelter System SF) provides assistance to families who have at least one child who is less than 3 years old and who are living in a homeless or domestic violence shelter, or who have done so in the past six months. ACCESS helps these parents obtain child care and guides their progression into transitional or permanent housing.
