Who is eligible for the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) offered by the SF Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH)?
To be eligible for American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), applicants must first become eligible to purchase a Below Market Rate (BMR) housing unit. This process begins with taking a First-time Homebuyer Workshop through one of MOH’s five approved counseling agencies. The list of approved counseling agencies can be found here. More information on becoming eligible to buy a BMR housing unit (in order to take advantage of ADDI) can be found here.
