Who is eligible for the Downpayment Assistance Loan Program (DALP) offered by the SF Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH)?
To be eligible for the Downpayment Assistance Loan Program (DALP) offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) applicants must meet a number of requirements. The applicants must have an income not exceeding 120% of the area median income for San Francisco – in the case of a family of four, $121,900. The applicants must also provide a minimum downpayment, and comple a first-time homebuyer education course.
