Looking for the coolest political campaign internship this semester?
Now that our awesome summer interns like Dwight (pictured here) have gone back to school, Phil Ting’s campaign to Reset San Francisco is looking to hire interns for the fall semester.
Ok, we know we’re a little biased, but we have to say that an internship with Reset San Francisco is probably the coolest political internship in San Francisco.
Would you like to join the team? There are a number of ways you can have fun and get involved with Reset San Francisco and Phil Ting’s campaign for Mayor. Do you like photography, video production, political and grassroots organizing, marketing, public relations, social media outreach or local public policy?
Internship Opportunities in San Francisco:
Social Media
+ Responsibilities include blogging, researching new and emerging social media platforms and online outreach. Twitter enthusiasts welcome.
Field & Event Organizing
+ Responsibilities include organizing house parties and community events, recruiting volunteers, leading campaign phonebanks, community outreach and data management. Fun, outgoing personalities preferred!
Creative & Media Production
+ Responsibilities may include political cartooning, video production and editing, photography, music creation, web and graphic design.
Fundraising
+ Responsibilities include planning fundraising events, donor outreach and database management. Applicants should be organized and quick learners!
Public Relations, Broadcast Media & Current Events
+ Responsibilities include maintaining a calendar of local events, tracking press coverage, creating a press database. If you’re reading the news and Twitter feeds non-stop, then you’re probably an Ace for this job.
